Terms of Use
Effective date: July 4, 2026
The short version
This site tells you about WizerAI and offers a free website score. Use it in good faith, treat the free report as helpful guidance rather than a guarantee, and know that the work we do together under a contract is governed by that contract — not this page.
Who these terms are between
These terms are between you and WizerAI, an AI solutions company based in Ontario, Canada. By using wizerai.com you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site. Questions are always welcome at admin@wizerai.com.
The free GEO/SEO score
The score and report are free, informational, and provided “as is.” They reflect our honest assessment of how a website shows up in search engines and AI assistants at the time we run the check. They are not a promise of rankings, traffic, citations, or revenue — no one can honestly promise those — and they are not professional advice on which you should rely without your own judgment.
Only request a score for a website you own or are authorized to have assessed.
Using this site
Use the site and its forms honestly: no false identities, no spam or automated submissions, no attempts to probe, overload, or disrupt the site or the services behind it, and nothing unlawful.
Our content and names
The text, images, and design of this site, and the names WizerAI, Quiddity, and The Kindness App, belong to WizerAI or are used with permission. You’re welcome to quote or link to the site with attribution; please don’t copy substantial parts of it or use our names or logos to suggest an endorsement that doesn’t exist.
Links to other places
The site links to our apps (quiddity.bio, thekindnessapp.org) and to our social profiles. Each of those has its own terms and privacy policy, which apply when you’re there.
What we’re responsible for
We work hard to keep this site accurate and available, but we provide it without warranties of any kind, and we can’t accept liability for indirect or consequential losses from using it or from acting on the free report — to the maximum extent the law allows. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
If we build something for you under a services agreement, that agreement — not these terms — governs that work.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, and any dispute belongs to the courts of Ontario.
Changes
If we change these terms, we’ll update this page and its effective date. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
