We collect only what you type into our two forms, we use it only to reply to you or to prepare the report you asked for, and we never sell it, share it for advertising, or use it to track you. This site has no ads, no analytics trackers, and no tracking cookies.

WizerAI is an AI solutions company based in Ontario, Canada. If you have any question about this policy or your data, email us at admin@wizerai.com. We answer personally.

There are exactly two places on this site where you can give us information:

• The contact form — your first name, last name (optional), email address, organization (optional), and your message. We use it to read your enquiry and reply to you.
• The GEO/SEO score request — your website address and your email. We use them to prepare your website report and send it to you.

That’s it. We don’t collect anything you don’t type in yourself, and browsing the site requires no account and sends us no personal information.

Form submissions are stored in Supabase, the secure hosted database we use for the site. The site itself is hosted on Vercel, which — like every web host — keeps standard, short-lived server logs (such as IP addresses) to run and protect the service. We do not use those logs to identify or profile you.

• We never sell your personal information, to anyone, for any reason.
• We never share it for advertising or marketing by others.
• We don’t run ads, ad pixels, analytics trackers, or tracking cookies on this site.
• We don’t send marketing email unless you’ve explicitly asked to hear from us.

We keep form submissions for as long as we need them to handle your enquiry or deliver and follow up on your report. If you’d like your information deleted sooner, email us and we’ll remove it.

Depending on where you live, privacy law — PIPEDA in Canada, the GDPR in the UK, EU and EEA, the CCPA/CPRA in California, and similar laws elsewhere — gives you rights over your personal information. We extend the same rights to everyone, wherever you are:

• Ask what information we hold about you, and get a copy.
• Ask us to correct it or delete it.
• Withdraw consent to us holding it at all.
• Complain to your privacy regulator (in Canada, the Office of the Privacy Commissioner).

To exercise any of these, email admin@wizerai.com. No forms, no hoops — one email is enough.

This site is meant for adults and organizations. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, email us and we’ll delete it.

If we change how we handle your information — for example, if a future product adds accounts — we’ll update this page and its effective date before the change takes effect.
